Paul
The rooms at Hotel Restaurante La Casilla are cozy and charming with stunning mountain views. I loved the rustic feel of the spacious bedrooms, and the wooden furniture added a touch of warmth. The private bathroom was a bonus, equipped with a relaxing bath. As a nature lover, I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking landscapes from the comfort of the room.
Personally, I found the minibar in the suite to be unnecessary. But hey, it's just my opinion, some people might still enjoy it.

I absolutely loved the beautiful wooden flooring and stairs at the hotel. They were so well-decorated and gave the place a charming and cozy feel. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible with easy navigation through the corridors and stairways. It was a delight to stay in a place that paid attention to its aesthetics and made me feel right at home.
My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be for the staff to be more attentive and considerate. It would have been nice if they offered assistance or provided useful information about the local area.

I absolutely adored the charming decoration of the hotel. The antique furniture and cozy atmosphere made me feel like I was staying in a traditional Asturian home. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining room, were beautifully maintained and inviting. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was. There were no stairs to climb, and the rooms were conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easy for me to navigate.
I would have loved to see more activities or amenities specifically tailored for senior guests. Perhaps some organized sightseeing trips or gentle exercise classes would have been a wonderful addition to make our vacation even more enjoyable.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was spacious and the decoration of the room was simple yet sufficient. the hotel is conveniently located just a short distance from the town center, making it a perfect choice for exploring the beautiful countryside nearby. We also enjoyed the peacefulness of the surroundings, allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The breakfast offered at the hotel was not good value for the money compared to other options we had during our trip. It would be recommended to explore alternative breakfast venues in the area.
